You will need an embroidery machine capable of embroidering at least a 8"x14" design area. You are getting the 12" size cloth pad pattern Only, no other sizes are included in this pattern file.

Finished Cloth Menstrual Pad size is approximately 12" x 2.5" width when snapped shut around your panties.
This design does have the word 'HEAVY' embroidered on the wing. Please check other files out on my homepage for all the different sizes and styles.

I have made all of my pad patterns single hoop projects that can be completed within about 15-30 minutes start to finish; depending on size of pad you are doing. All you have to do is turn them right side out and topstitch the pad after it has been completely assembled in the embroidery hoop. *Videos on Youtube for this are coming soon to go along with the patterns to make it easier for those who are more visual learners. -Embroidery machine with 8"x14" or larger capability plus coordinating hoop(s).
- A regular sewing machine with a straight stitch.
- A variety of fabrics including but not limited to a topper fabric such as- cotton, bamboo, flannels, sherpa, baby terry, frech terry etc.. Core fabrics such as bamboo/ hemp / organic cotton fleeces, towel terry, Zorb, etc. Backing fabrics such as Windpro waterproof fleece, Polyurethane Laminate ( aka PUL), another layer of cotton, etc.
-KAM Snaps, Awl and snap press/ pliers. You can use an off brand as well. Personally I trust only KAM as my choice of snap brand for my main business, HuggableEarth.
-A variety of threads, scissors (duckbill and pinking shears are recommended), [pins or clips, not necessary, but nice to have].
